Inmedix

Seattle based Inmedix now offers the first FDA cleared diagnostic for the doctor's office to measure stress biology with validated, individual, predictive precision. The Inmedix CloudHRV System received FDA clearance last week while a preferred equity round was still open.  

The Board has decided to allow further oversubscription for a limited time at the pre-FDA-clearance valuation of $30M and one member just committed another $1M, leaving $1.2M still available at this exceptional valuation.
