TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms govern the text message programme operated by Keiretsu Forum Southern California LLC ("Keiretsu Forum SoCal", "we", "us"). They apply in addition to our Privacy Policy.
What the programme is
Messages come from (949) 287-4935. The programme covers two kinds of message, and we do not send marketing or promotional text messages of any kind.
Event reminders, to those who have registered for a forum — principally a reminder on the morning of the forum and, occasionally, a brief notice once it has begun.
Operational notices to our own team, sent to members of staff who have asked to receive them. These tell a colleague that something needs their attention and carry a link to our internal system, which requires a login. They are sent only to people working for Keiretsu Forum SoCal.
How you join
We text only those who have asked us to. You may give consent when registering for a forum, when giving your mobile number to a member of our team, or by replying to a message we send. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, of registering for a forum, or of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies with the events you register for. You should expect no more than four messages in a month.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages you send or receive. We do not charge for this programme.
How to stop
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. We will send a single confirmation and nothing after it. You may rejoin at any time by asking us to add you again.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your membership, your registrations, or any other communication from us.
Your mobile information
No mobile information or text messaging consent will be sold, rented, leased, or shared with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile numbers are used solely to send the messages described here, and are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers them on our behalf.
Carriers and delivery
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms. The date above records when they last changed, and the current version is always the one published here.
