This latest initiative from the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (SASIE) is a landmark opportunity for African women in the tech sector. SASIE invites ambitious tech women to its new 'Idea to Venture' program, aimed at providing critical support for tech startups led by African women.
“We welcome African women to join this Idea to Venture program, which can give their tech startups and ideas the needed push-start,” said Jennifer Dumle Daniel, SASIE’s Executive Director. The program kicks off virtually on June 29th, 2024, and runs for six weeks. Participants will receive training valued at $4,000—completely free. The culmination of the program offers a significant reward: the chance to pitch to experts and secure a spot in SASIE’s business incubator.
